This new two-storey design, based on the original Queenslander style, perfectly demonstrates the combination of original architecture with modern materials and construction systems.  The result is a large, low-maintenance home, suitable for inner-city or suburban allotments.  It features four good sized bedrooms with two separate living areas, three bathrooms, wide front verandah, large covered rear rotunda (ideal for outdoor entertaining), as well as double lock-up garage and workshop area.

8 Star rating for Energy Efficiency – The careful planning of the design, orientation, floor plan layout, and insulation specification of this home has resulted in achieving an 8 star energy efficiency rating. Obtaining an 8 star rating for such a large home is a rare feat and one which we are proud of. This home has been designed to suit the climate but we didn’t reinvent the wheel in doing so. The owners will save on energy costs for the life of home - making the investment of time and some minor expense a clever move.
