We assist you to adapt one of our standard designs, or your own, to create a suitable design. This includes any special features you want, to suit the location, weather conditions, lifestyle and family needs.
Architectural Integrity
Any home we build must retain the unique architecture of the Traditional Queenslander or Sandstone Colonial, as these are the only styles of homes we produce.
Quality Tradespeople
If you wish, we will introduce you to one of our proven associated builders or help you to find a suitably qualified and dedicated local builder, who will work for you with integrity and concern for the quality of your home.
Assistance with construction
Although we cannot supervise the construction, we retain close contact with you and your construction team throughout the project. We have also produced a 60 page Construction Guide, complete with colour photographs and detailed drawings, to try to ensure our construction techniques are understood and adhered to by the team.
Lock Up
We will also work with clients who want us to simply organize the construction to lock-up stage, so that they are assured of achieving the correct architecture, but want to finish the home themselves.
