Ascot

This is a magnificent design that makes the ultimate statement. The standard design contains a large octagonal shape Kitchen, a large Rotunda, enhanced living area proportions, and wide verandahs as its main features. The Ascot, like the Hamilton, is designed for large blocks with the dominant view or aspect to the front of the house. As with all designs this can of course be adapted to change the focus to the rear if required.

This is the jewel in the crown. When you drive up the driveway of your home the Ascot will give you a certain sense of pride that few will understand, but many will envy. The stately grandeur of the home is elegant and sophisticated but not pretentious.

The Ascot, like the Hamilton, is designed for large blocks with the dominant view or aspect to the front of the house. This is not mandatory of course.

At the front of the home is a high-pitched front rotunda. This is a large entertaining area that your friends will marvel at when they enjoy your hospitality. When they look up at the intricate timberwork that supports this structure they will appreciate the fact that you selected a building team that understood the craftsmanship of real carpentry. However, the defining feature of the Ascot is the octagonal room at the opposite end of the house,. It normally houses a large kitchen and is for people who enjoy entertaining and like having people around them as they prepare their meal. The octagonal room results in a dynamic roof structure above and is important to the look of the entire house. The wide 2.7m verandahs accentuate the grandeur and enhance the proportions of the home.

The rear Rotunda, which is connected to the front by a wrap around verandah, provides another space for entertaining. The flexibility of having more than one entertaining area will give you choice depending upon the time of day/year and the type of function.

Inside you will find the requisite 4 beds & study but all in very generous proportions. The Ensuite has a double vanity and larger shower. There is also an extra vanity for the toilet in case the Bathroom is engaged. The Formal Lounge / Media room is located in close proximity to the large Family – Meals area adjacent to the Kitchen. These area all flow out on to the large entertaining verandahs.
