Attunga

The Garth Chapman design team has put its mind to a contemporary inner city external design. Taking it roots from the best beach house and ski chalet designs The Attunga is presented to you for critique. Once again we have researched the design and have not compromised the appearance of the home as it is our passionate belief that every home should be architecturally appealing and timeless upon first sight.

This home is designed to suit a view to the front and thus the large verandah area in the front façade. Adjacent to this of course is the main living area and Kitchen and these areas have steep sloping ceilings. These high ceiling provide a point of difference and work very efficienctly in the climate. On the same level is the Study, and 2 bedrooms, including the main suite with its own rear verandah. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms plus rumpus and other utilities.
