Condamine
First designed as a display home in Brisbane, the Garth Chapman design team considered the development of this plan very carefully. It is designed for a wide frontage suburban lot or acreage. The home has 4 bedrooms, Lounge, Meals, & Casual living area all in a smart layout. The living areas flow seamlessly out on to a covered Pavilion area. The front verandah also wraps around to connect to this area. A double Garage is also included in this design. Externally the large bay in the Lounge provides for a octagonal roof line that provides significant interest.
Adaptations such as the Condamine 100 have been designed to suit narrower suburban frontages and what an individual statement it makes!
