With the Garth Chapman focus on authenticity the Dawson will blend beautifully into any inner city street containing original homes. The risk of building “the fake replica” is avoided with Garth Chapman. The Dawson features a Gable, similar to the Georgina, at the front of the home and is the main difference from the Barambah.
