This award winning design is one of our most original homes. When completed even other tradesman find it difficult to calculate it's age.
This is possible the most original looking design. The “Queenslander” is a simple design that represents the quintessential traditional home. The main feature of the larger plans of this design is the very traditional separate roofline over the kitchen while the front of the home remains symmetrical in appearance. The very popular "Queenslander" is available in four different layouts with 3 or 4 bedrooms. The smaller versions are symmetrical without the Kitchen “outhouse”.
