Ranger
The Ranger is a smaller version of the homestead style "Carpentaria". It is designed for retirees and young families or couples. It features 3 beds or 3 beds + study and ranges in size from 156m2 to 187m2.
The identifying element of this home is the “Bungalow” style roof line. In layman’s terms this means there is no upper gutter line as standard. However, as you will see in the photos some people choose to add the double gutter line back in. Even on our most economical design, where all other Builders would sacrifice the look, feel, and usefulness of a Queenslander by making the verandahs narrow, we at Garth Chapman retain the 2.4m verandah as standard.
